This hotel has comfortable beds and is conveniently located near food outlets and shopping centers, making it easy to find and a great central spot for dining.

The hotel was fairly clean and had beautifully maintained and brand-new rooms. After a long drive the outstandingly accommodating staff was waiting for us. Incredible central location not far from the restaurants and pubs, blue lagoon, central and walking distance to shops, cafes, restaurants and a massive shopping Centre, and parklands and playgrounds.

Beautifully maintained and functional room with great bed and smoke detectors for safety measures. Excellent location so close to everything and easy access to a mall and supermarkets.

The room was extremely spacious and budget-friendly, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. the bathroom was clean and featured a walk-in shower that I really enjoyed. the location was fantastic, being just next door to a shopping center, entertainment venue, and various shops and eateries.

It has convenient location for visiting a free-admission water park:)))

The hotel was clean with favourable location to the local music festival and cheap rooms. Loved crisp sheets and coffee in the room. Location: the venue was next to the mall, bar and other restaurants, Paradise Motel in Mackay from the 7th-10th of December and a very large shopping centre about 5 minutes walk away. There was café Rivermarque Cafe, that I found within 15 minutes' walk of the hotel.

The service here was really warm and friendly, and we loved the price of our standard queen room, which came with three single beds and all the essentials we needed.

I really enjoyed my time here! the customer care was great, and overall, the room was spotlessly clean, even though it had a shared bathroom. 😊.

This hotel features a beautifully kept room with nice decor and offers a great selection of breakfast items.

The location was great and comfy - close to the blue lagoon, central, and within walking distance of shops, cafes, restaurants. Additionally, it's near everything in town.

We recently stayed at a conveniently located motel in Mackay. The managers were extremely helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and undergoing upgrades. The motel offered free wifi and airport transfers, which were a bonus. I highly recommend this place for a pleasant stay in Mackay.

This hotel is ideally located close to a variety of shops, restaurants, and the city center. Rooms are spacious and equipped with facilities such as toasters, microwaves, and cutlery. the beds are comfortable and have clean sheets. the hotel staff is friendly and goes out of their way to assist with guest requests.

The hotel uses shutter-like windows, which can cause noise disruptions from outside and inside.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in Mackay. the location was fantastic as it was close to all the shops and eateries. It made exploring the city extremely convenient. Secondly, the rooms were comfortable and had all the basic amenities I needed. The fact that they had rooms with 3 single beds was a bonus for families or larger groups. Lastly, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service. They were always available to answer any questions and offer helpful information.

All was perfect during my stay.
